In "Petroglyphics: Stories from the Earth," artist Carolyn Haas will feature her digital images on metal that show stories and intricate patterns hidden within rocks. The exhibition will be on display for the month of October.

Penn State New Kensington has issued a call for artists to participate in an art submission for consideration for auction at the fifth annual "Off the Wall pARTy" scheduled for June 9. The pARTy aims to celebrate arts and culture with a unique evening consisting of art, live and silent auctions, food tastings, drinks, music and more. Proceeds from the event benefit cultural art initiatives and programs at the campus.

Sundance Award-winning filmmakers Cristina Ibarra and Alex Rivera will participate in a discussion after an online screening of their film "The Infiltrators" at 6:30 p.m. this Friday, October 9, open to all campuses and their communities. The event is co-presented by the Latina/o Studies Program and Penn State’s Sustainability Institute as part of the "Intersections: How We Respond" film series and Penn State’s Hispanic Heritage Month. William Doan - Penn State Laureate for the 2019–20 academic year, professor of theatre in the College of Arts and Architecture, and artist-in-residence in the College of Nursing - explains "The Anxiety Project." Doan will bring his work to Penn State New Kensington on March 17.
